Our research spans from identifying differentially expressed genes in tumours to developing targeted drug delivery systems — grounded in real data from GEO, TCGA, and clinical cohorts.
Identifying differentially expressed genes, mutations, and molecular alterations in cervical, breast, gastric, and gallbladder cancers using GEO and TCGA datasets.
Developing targeted therapies including PARP inhibitors for cervical cancer, redox-responsive polymersome drug delivery for breast cancer, and staurosporine-based anti-tumor strategies.
Applying bioinformatics, network analysis, and machine learning to GEO/TCGA data for discovering cancer biomarkers and understanding molecular mechanisms.
Discovering and validating novel biomarkers like TRIP13, NEK2, TPX2, CTTN, MCM genes, and EMT-associated hub genes for early detection and prognosis.
Investigating CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), tumor microenvironment interactions, and immune cell infiltration in cancer progression.
Unravelling PI3K/AKT, TGF-beta, Toll-like receptor, and DNA repair pathways driving cancer progression, drug resistance, and therapeutic response.
